Come work behind the bar

We’re looking for a bartender to join our small, tight-knit team at Highwater.

Full-time position — 40 hours per week, 4 days on / 3 days off, with £19–21/hr including service charge.

We value personality over experience — if you love hosting, care about quality, and want to work in a classic cocktail bar that values creativity and people, we’d love to hear from you.

Introduce yourself using the form below. Tell us where you’ve worked if you like, but let’s face it — we want you for your personality, not the piece of paper!
